Corporate Training

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. CPD is a holistic approach towards the enhancement of personal skills and proficiency throughout a professional’s career.

We are in the process of verifying that all our workshop and training materials have reached the required CPD standards and benchmarks. The CPD Certification Service provides recognised independent CPD accreditation compatible with global CPD requirements, and, to date, have accredited the following:

Running a Therapeutic Horsemanship Centre – a 5-day workshop for everyone who is considering setting up and running an Equine Assisted Learning business.

Horse & Stable Management: Elementary Certificate – A course that can be incorporated within EAL sessions to give a basic understanding of Horse & Stable Management. This course is designed to provide practical strategies for those living with a disability to achieve success.

EAL + NLP

We use our unique learning combination of Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) and Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) to make your training incredibly productive!

As both Claire and Mike are certified master practitioners of NLP, they have integrated many NLP concepts into the EAL business course modules. EAL + NLP is an extremely powerful way of allowing people to discover their own individual solutions to any specific problems they wish to address.

Corporate Away Days: Positively Fun & Positively Productive!

Our EAL + NLP Away Days are a great way for your staff to get to know each other better, share information and discuss important company issues outside their normal office environment; they’re designed to be a rewarding, fun and original experience.

Bespoke Corporate Training

Inspired Equine Assisted Learning offers a range of bespoke Corporate Training Programmes. This innovative training is offered to businesses that wish to explore, develop and improve leadership, communication, personal growth, corporate culture and teamwork within their organisations.

Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) is a unique learning experience that uses horses as active participants. Horses make perfect learning partners as their natural responses give immediate and honest feedback.

EAL does not involve riding and no prior experience with horses is required.

Our facilitators can tackle real challenges occurring in your business, develop teamwork and leadership skills, or simply focus on giving your team a rewarding, fun and original training experience.

Horses are powerful messengers. They are large and imposing, which creates a natural opportunity for some to overcome fear and develop confidence. Horses have no agenda and are completely honest; as prey animals, they live in the moment, are keenly aware of our emotional state and respond accordingly. The reactions of the horses help to highlight how we react when faced with different situations, giving us greater self-awareness; it is an especially powerful method to:

  • Gain personal empowerment
  • Improve confidence and trust
  • Learn how to understand and control emotions
  • Enrich relationships and interactions with family, friends and colleagues
  • Discover effective techniques to manage stress and anxiety
  • Enhance communication and problem-solving skills
  • Develop a sense of wellbeing

Corporate Training Helps You, Your Company and Our Local Community

Inspired Equine Assisted Learning is a community interest company (CIC) and is a business with primarily social objectives whose surpluses are principally reinvested for that purpose in the business or in the community, rather than being driven by the need to maximise profit for shareholders and owners. The fees we receive from corporate training programmes help us to offer sponsored EAL sessions for adults, children and carers looking for a new way to improve wellbeing, confidence and self-awareness, including people with early stage dementia, behavioural challenges, mental health problems and learning difficulties.
